It looks like Big East released the schedule for all of the conference games since every intra-conference game will be televised.  Pretty cool tha Marquette is featured twice during Rivalry Week.

I don't like all the TV! I hope the 3 decide to show up!

Cool - Wiki updated with all Big East Dates, all known TV, and Big East schedule put in chronological order...

So now - the only unknowns
1) Who's playing in the B&G?
2) Is there another exhibition? (I'd guess it's another practice ala KSU last year)

This confuses me.  Do you really not like all the national t.v. exposure?

What a difference a few years (and a new conference) make.  According to this schedule, Marquette will be on national TV (on channels I have on my cable system) at least 11 times - including seven times over about a 5 week period in February/March.  This is great news for some one who lives away from Milwaukee.  Hopefully we'll get a couple extra games out of Maui.

Oh I like seeing the games. But in recent years, Marquette has not be stellar on TV.

True, we've had some clunkers (i.e. Michigan St.), but we've also had some great nationally televised games.  Wade's triple-double, Novak's sophomore-year Louisville game & senior-year UConn game, both of last year's Pitt games, and they play that Reece Gaines game on ESPN Classic all the time (even though we lost that was the best game I've ever attended).

My point is, the great games are what people remember.  The clunkers they forget.  The more times we're on national t.v., the greater the chances that a classic game is seen by the entire (college basketball-watching) nation.  I'm not saying there won't be games we don't show up (triple-negative, I know), but increasing the chances we play an unforgettable game in front of impressionable young hoops fans is worth the extra exposure.

2) no
