Yep. we have been completely ignored. Lets hope we come out today and win. Gotta win the big games to earn respect and this is as big as it gets for Marquette. We know whats at stake and its ours to get.

I'm hoping G-town wins as well because I'm assuming Lousiville will and I want the Big East to have more reigning champs than the ACC does (assuming Louisville goes to ACC next year)

I love MU as much as the next guy, but Syracuse, Georgetown and the other founding members DID make the BE what it is today. The conference really came into the lime light in the 80s, and certainly having 3 teams in the final four and 2 playing for the title in 85 was probably the highlight of the conference to date (I consider Villanova a sort of founder, joined in the second year) . Us, Louisville, etc. added to it but they really made it.
