The team was at the RecCenter today

The entire team was playing pick-up today, first they played against some scrubs that had won the game before, then they played 5 on 5 against each other. Any idea why they would do this? It seems like a stupid way to possibly get hurt before fall practice starts. Also, I watched about 10 minutes and apparently our shooting has regressed from last year.....it was hideous!!!

They cannot have practices at the Al since it is their regular practice facility and would count as an organized practice. Since it was just the team members practicing, it doesn't count as an official practice.
