Students, the 2500 of you that showed up Monday for #mubb were outstanding. Now grab the other 1,200 and really make tomorrow memorable.

I was really surprised that the upper bowl was barely half full at the start of the game.  I would have thought the place would be packed.

6pm start on a weekday is pretty early for people who have class/work til 5 or so.  Tomorrows should be full much earlier as its a Saturday and the buzz around campus has been much bigger, especially thanks to us winning Monday.

Mr. Nielsen

I thought the Syracuse game brought back thoughts from when MU had it's only weekday sell-out versus Uconn 5 years ago. That was on a Wednesday at 6pm. Place was pack!

Glad to see the students fill in about 6:20 ish, because it looked pretty sad during the starting line-up's.

It's gonna be packed today... student tickets for the Cuse game were going for about $10.... for the ND game??  They're going for $40 and it seems like there aren't many extras available.

Everyone that doesn't have a ticket is looking. Students are asking all over the Facebook page but few people have any left. Should be a GREAT crowd today!!

Perhaps attendance at college basketball games is on a decline because a lot of regional traditional rivalries are being broken by all the conference re-alignment. Demand for the ND game vs. the Syracuse game is just an example of how important regional rivalries matter when it comes to putting butts in those seats. TV money is important, but getting people to the games should be a priority as well.

It is also Senior day, on a Saturday.
