If you read the entire first item, he's saying if Creighton joins next season too it could be an 18-game league schedule.

im not sure the east coast schools are completely sold on another midwest team. Gtown probably sees little value in travelling to Omaha. there arent a ton of better options out there, so i'm sure it will/should happen, but i'm guessing that's what the delay is.
