Spaniel with a Short Tail

Buzz's FT practice really paid off today.  The FT coach should be SOTG!

Norm

Well, the Bell's Christmas Ale did the trick. Thanks for putting up with me on the board today... Merry Christmas everybody!

Phew.

Merry Chrismas all.

Lowest basketball iq team since Buzz has been coach? I think so. Why are we attacking the basket with a minute left? Frustrating.

No doubt. STOG to DG.

Disagree, we would have lost this game without Junior.

Something to that.   JWilson's dumb passes.    Blue falling in love with the long inbounds pass.    After demonstrating perfectly how to beat a zone for 15 minutes, forgetting how to for the next 15 minutes.     I don't mind them attacking the basket.   I just want them to make their lay ups.   What is the point of beating the zone when Lockett and Blue miss lay ups?    If they go in, Buzz looks like a genius, much like Jake's shot against GB.

Much smarter to eat clock and have them foul you. I kept having flashbacks to Dwight Buycks doing the same thing against Louisville two years ago.

Would've lost without Blue and Jamil, too. Gardner owned the end of the game and made the biggest hoops and clinching FTs, IMO.

Junior's buckets were the biggest hoops of the game.  We needed points and nobody would step up.  The biggest one was early in the shot clock, pick and roll he just basically said I got this and drilled a 3.

That was right after another big bucket by him.

That put the momentum back with MU and imo won us the game.
