Can anyone recommend any really good restaurants in the downtown Pittsburgh area?

Thanks!

Visited a few of those while I was out there in January. The Sharp Edge was just okay. The other restaurants in the theater district looked solid, in retrospect we probably should have went elsewhere. Did visit Fatheads, which was really good. Did the Primanti's thing, also pretty good if you have the hot sauce handy.

Carson St. had some decent bars as well. Smokin Joe's was one of my favorites. Great beer selection and it reminded me a lot of the Nomad in Milwaukee. Plan ahead if you need a cab somewhere. The cab situation there was brutal.

Not a restaurant, but go to Casey's on Carson for a drink and you won't be dissapointed. Two words: Midget Mania.

Good suggestions, all.  Thanks!
