When you're opening statement in negotiations is "We don't owe you a thing", this is the proper response for the Big East to make.

I love that The Beast held UWV up for 20 million to let them leave early.

About time.  Seems like a pretty simple breach of contract.  Will be negotiated and settled by end of summer.

premature?

You left and said we aint paying.  Not sure what would be premature about it.  Plus, the BE attorneys have a brief and complaint fro WV that probably took them an hour to update and file. They should have expected this instead of flowers and the BE begging for some $.

I agree, they probably pay 2.5 to 3 million or agree to play some BE teams that want to play TCU.
