Todd Mayo just seems the most confident to score.  I'd say Jamil next.  Would have thought I would be saying Vander Blue at this point, but I just don't see the confidence he had from high school.  Maybe he is being the team defensive role player and waiting for DJO to step aside to be the main slasher, but unfortunately I see Mayo (the 3-star) being more "that guy".  The man jumps out of the gym, is a good defender, can shoot the 3...he has the most potential on this team.  Maybe one of the Taylors can provide another spark.  That is the only way we get above an 8-seed next year.  That, and Otule playing a full year healthy.

Unfortunately I don't see vander ever leading us in scoring.  It's amazing that he has that much athletic ability but can't control his body when driving toward the basket causing crazy errant shots, blocked shots, or a charge.

I'll go out on a limb and say Davante.  He should probably be in the poll.

I would imagine that we about three guys averaging around 12-13/ppg, probably Mayo,Wilson,Gardner and a bunch off the bench.

Mayo or Jamil. I recognize how good DG is, but he'll be splitting time next year. Those other two will be 28-32 mpg guys. Those two, Davante, and Van should all be in double digits, though. I see our scoring being spread similarly to Syracuse's this year.

Gardner will need to be able to play more than 15 min a game in order to lead the team in scoring. I see him, mayo and jamil all coming in around 11-13 per game, with caddy and blue each coming in around 8-10. We don't have anyone who will be 18-20 like DjO and jae, but maybe that's a good thing to spread it around more than this year...

They just have to start playing that style a bit on offense.  Be tenacious, but spread the floor and pass more to get the defense on their heels.  don't just pass twice and drive regardless.  No one will have as much control as DJO did driving the ball.  Just ridiculous control of his body and the ball.

Not unless one of them develops a consistent 15 to 18 foot jumper. Without at least a little range, there'd be too many bodies in the paint with both of them out there.

Unless he and Otule can play at the same time, there is no way that Gardner will average 28 minutes if Otule's healthy. I would expect them to roughly split minutes 50/50, if either has an edge, it would be more in the 22-18 range than the 28-12 range.

I'd guess in the 2-4 range, with most of that coming in November and December, unless we redshirt him, which I don't think us a bad idea. If someone gets hurt he can always take the proverbial redshirt off like Junior did.
