Can the California numbers be right?  286 players from California (most overall) and the highest rating is 30th at 7.7 (Rob Jones of St. Mary's).

Amazing.  Rob Jones is good and all but that is amazing that a 7.7 rating is the best the state can do.  No wonder the PAC-12 is down.

Yeah, I really thought Florida, California, and Texas would be higher up on that list.  Curious.

The 7.7 is players per million that get 10% of the team's minutes, doesn't at all reflect on the player quality.
