...to propel us for the rest of the season.  No one played very good the first half.  A lot of players played well in the second - no one "took the game over" but I don't think anyone has that capability.  Nice heart shown.

Like The Golden Avalanche said, if JC can play like that it'll be good.

Congrats for making the only intelligent post on here in the last 2+ hours.  Agree completely

It took us a half to figure out that quick ball movement followed by penetration was the way to beat the zone.  Our offense was really bad in the first half, but as bad as it was we still missed some good open looks and a dunk and several foul shots.  Sometimes the shots don't fall.

The difference was turnovers.  Only four in second half, including Junior's real bad one at end.

You are correct, of course.  My point was, even though we played badly on offense (i.e.  lots of turnovers) we still could have had a positive outcome for the game if a few more open shots or foul shots fell in the first half.

Completely agree. Feel as good as I can after a loss because we got beat and played with heart. Please someone explain to me why this first half was just like UNC. Is it just not the players converting or is it a coaches plan gone wrong. It seems like at half Buzz said forget what I said and just play.
