Even though not MU related, a friend sent this to me.  Thought I would share.

This kid is in 8th grade, can you imagine what skills he will develop in next four years of high school/AAU?

wyzgy

he's 14??  is that in human years or dominican republic years?  i'd worry about the knees.  anyone come to mind?

I wondered the other nite, did we ever recruit Alec Brown at Green Bay? They say hes got NBA potential. 22 points
14 rebounds against us.  We could really use a project like that!

Thanks - You are correct.  I did a little research and it turns out the sophomore participated in a camp this summer as one of the best big men in the country!

Alec was ranked the 31st best center prospect in 2010 by ESPN and given a grade of 89.  Behind Green Bay, the other pursuing Brown were Colorado, northwestern and Toledo.  Bo and Buzz clearly missed on a guy in our back yard.
You actually have a degree from Marquette?

No...and after reading many many psosts from people on this board that do...I have to say I'm MUCH better off, if this is the type of "intelligence" a degree from MU gets you. It sure is on full display I will say that.
