Don't understand the point of the topic...and this team would suck.

Yeah, this year's bench would crush them.

Would they?  You've got two NBA draft picks on the team, including a PG.  Do we have 2 NBA draft picks on the bench this year?

That team has two ball handlers and Z-E-R-O interior scoring.  Novak, Diener, Grimm and Kinsella lost a lot of C-USA games together.  That team would SUCK.  Remember TCU running us off the floor in the C-USA tournaments?  Remember SLU beating us with a Chinese Water Torture offense?  Our bench has athleticism, height, and ball handling at every position.  It would be an embarrassment.

Yeah, this year's bench would crush them.

I disagree with that. Here'd be my team, and I'm keeping everyone eligible:

PG: Travis Diener
SG: Brian Wardle
SF: Dan Fitzgerald
PF: Steve Novak
C: Ryan Amoroso

Bench: Scott Christopherson, Jake Thomas, Chris Grimm, Mike Kinsella, Rob Frozena

You have two NBA players in Diener and Novak, a dominant college scorer in Wardle, an undersized but productive center in Amo, and a role-player in Fitzgerald. Off the bench, there are two lights-out shooters in Christopherson and Thomas, two bruising bigs in Grimm and Kinsella, and of course, Rob Fro-ZEE-Na. This team would make Wisconsin look like amateur hour when it came to shooting threes.

I'd take them against our current bench any day of the week. The only guy I see that has demonstrated NBA potential on the court for us is Mayo. Maybe Juan gets there too, but the inexperience and youth of that bench would pale in comparison to the overall quality of this team.

Of course...a pointless argument...but man would this team be fun to watch from three, especially with Diener distributing.

Do black people not exist in your expirement, or are they just not allowed in college?

Whenever somebody begins hypothetically listing their all-white anything, it should be considered a pretty bright read flag.  In my opinion, this thread has no place in an otherwise rather welcoming, intelligent board.

Recruits and current players could potentially visit here; is this thread seriously worth them seeing it?

It's spelled 'red flag'.

And no, I wasn't suggesting people of any background shouldn't be admitted to college, you took a pretty big logical leap there.  Regardless, I deleted my comments and am considering this thread dead because I can see where this is going.

I don't think you had bad intentions, but this decision is wise knowing the Francis posting around here.
