Would you trade a win at the Kohl center this year for a home loss vs. UWM (if you could only have one W)

After much equivocation, I'm going to say yes.  A road win against a top 15 opponent and one of our biggest rivals trumps the embarrassment and computer number hit a home loss to UWM would bring.  Of course, in a perfect world we'll just beat them both handily.

I voted no. Not because it would be embarassing, but because I like it that we have never lost to them.

Skatastrophy

Whichever one is better for our RPI.  I don't care about these teams, I care about getting dat seed in the tourney.

esotericmindguy

Losing at home to UWM would be much worse for our RPI. Losing at Wisconsin probably wouldn't hurt our RPI at all.

I voted yes.  It was close.  Like bilsu points out, we've never lost to UWM.  Next time can't you throw in a win over ND as a sweetener?  Worst downside of all, of course, would be the reactivation of Badger trolls on this board for awhile.
You actually have a degree from Marquette?

No...and after reading many many psosts from people on this board that do...I have to say I'm MUCH better off, if this is the type of "intelligence" a degree from MU gets you. It sure is on full display I will say that.

Hmmm.  Turd sandwich, or giant douche?

All joking aside, I'd make that trade, though.  I remember how thoroughly enjoyable it was to beat Wisconsin in Madison a few years back with the Amigos.  I'd put up with all 10 fans of UWM yapping about their one win against us in the last 500 years.

If you came back from the future and told me that UWM won their conference and was NCAA bound, then MAYBE a YES.

But a loss to UWM is something MUers would hear for 20+ years in Milwaukee which is why I would still say NO.
