Is net points thr plus/minus number when on the court?

Pretty close to a plus/minus, but it's not the same. 

A better way of looking at it is, "MU won by 31 points.  How much did each player contribute to that 31 point margin of victory?"  I think of it more as, "was this player's impact on the court a net positive or net negative contribution, and by how much?"
