This one semi-depressing... They'd rather take Ville instead of TCU because Texas is Texas.  Navy not committing anytime soon.

Can the beast revoke the TCU offer and just get this over with already. Maybe all the football teams can find homes in the colonial,c-usa,etc.. and keep their bball/other sports teams in the beast.

Wow, that is depressing. Navy turned us down and none o the football schools pledged to stay, only to look for other candidates.

I'm just goin to hope that 2nd part isn't accurate.
The www.valueaddsports.com analysis of basketball, football and baseball players are intended to neither be too hot or too cold - hundreds immerse themselves in studies of stats not of interest to broader fan bases (too hot), while others still insist on pure observation (too cold).

Navy didn't really turn them down, they are taking a wait and see approach.  Until it is hard and fast that the B10, ACC and SEC are not going to take anyone else and the Big East members formally commit, why should anyone from other conferences commit to anything.  It only can box them in later.

If Rutgers and UCONN were smart they would start rallying the Big East forces so that they are sure to have a landing spot.  It looks like the B10 and ACC aren't taking them so losing anyone (Louisville) to the B12 would be detrimental to their bottom line.
