begins today.  The lifeline of every program is recruiting.  Where does Buzz go first this week to?
Who is his #1 priority?  Last year he was basically shut out in the early recruiting season,  can he
get one of his first choices?  Needs are obvious, good luck.

I think he should start with Mitch McGary. We seem to have a legitimate shot with a top-5 in the country big man. He could be a program-changing type player.

Beyond that, Shaquille Cleare, Shaq Goodwin, Alex Poythress, Prince Ibeh, Philip Nolan...there are a ton of guys that would help. I say start with the bigs and try to get a commit there. If you're lucky, maybe even get two. If not, focus on Kris Dunn and Gabe York. I'd like a point guard, but with Cadougan for another season, Wilson coming in, and potential options like Mayo, Blue, and Taylor already planned to be in the fold, I think that getting another point is definitely secondary.

Agreed...PG is definitely on the back-burner.  There are a lot of 4's and 5's in the 2012 class that we are supposedly in the hunt on...I'd definitely make acquiring one of them this program's top priority.  If miraculously two of them want to sign with us, take them both!  After that I like the idea of a guy who can shoot the lights out like York or Dunn.

Happy Hunting, Buzz & Co!!!

Isn't Junior here for another two years?

Not unless he needs a medical waiver. This is talking about 2012 recruiting, and when these guys come in, Junior will only have one year of eligibility left.
