Tony Benford, a member of the Marquette University men's basketball staff for each of the past three seasons, has been promoted to associate head coach with the Golden Eagles, head coach Buzz Williams announced Thursday afternoon.

It says that he is the coach in charge of working with the bigs and was responsible for Otule and Gardner's development.    Give the man a raise.
