Juan Anderson participated in this AA game as did MU target Jarion Henry.

If only games were won in warm up lines... not to sound old, but this is worse than an and 1 game.

LAMUfan

the dunk at the end off the side of the backboard was crazy.  That would have won in the nba

There was probably a whole 5 seconds of Juan, but a sweet move by him to get past his man.  Tall, quick and skilled.  In time he may be a MU great one.

This is a pretty good roster.  No write-up or video mix from the game as I have seen yet.  It is billed at the McD's AA Game of the West as they feel slighted.  Did Chico's or any other West Coasters hit UC-Fullerton for the game?

Game mix...Juan is the 2nd one featured.  Lots of high level talent in this game including BE recruits. Pretty much dunk practice for you purists.

Juan Anderson | 6-6 | F | Castro Valley (CA) | 2011

The Northern California talent pool is currently a little thin, which has essentially forced Anderson to carry the torch. Good thing is, he's been up to the task. He didn't put up the best numbers for the White Team, but each of his 8 points were memorable. In fact, a couple of dunks by the Marquette-bound Anderson brought the crowd to its feet.

Juan looks much bigger than 6'6".  Think he mentioned that he's grown during the past season.  Must be 6'8" now.

Check out the sequence at 1:50--St. Johns-bound Amir Garrett one-on-one against Anderson (#10 in white uni).

His own highlights and the Garrett clip seems to validate both the the good and bad from this report last fall:
http://sports.espn.go.com/ncaa/recruiting/basketball/mens/news/story?id=5863646
"He is quite potent in transition, where he loves to attack the rim, but a lack of great lateral quickness may cause him trouble when guarding quicker 3s at the next level."

Yes...and Garrett is an absolute stud. He had a posterizing dunk in one of the clips too. I hope he is a 1 and done for SJU.
