I asked Todd a few questions about the 2010-11 season and what to expect for next year.  Enjoy

Nice interview.

I think his point about senior leadership was important.  It just isn't in some guys' DNA to be the vocal leader of the team like Lazar was.  People lead in different ways though.  Leadership is a hole next year because I think that Rosiak is right that DJO does not have the Lazar-like leadership capabilities as far as we have seen.  Studies show that you can be trained to be a leader, though, so who knows.

I think he makes a good point in that it could be Cadougan.  Too much is made over the leadership needing to be a senior--James had that role as a frosh, Diener from his soph year.  And we saw signs of leadership in Lazar during his Junior year.

I think people are going to be surprised and that Jamil Wilson will step into a leadership role.  I know he has a reputation for being a lazy player and what not, but watching his body language on the bench this whole season was awesome to me.  I can't wait to see him out on the court.

Cadougan is an interesting pick.  I can't see him being a leader on the floor, but I definitely can see it in the locker room.

Jae has shown some fire on the floor.  I could see him being the leader.

Well, any time he wants to start would be nice.
