I'm surprised more schools don't look at NBA assistants for HC jobs.    NC State is a tough job, Shaka Smart is in the area but not a long track record might make them leery after having a good recruiter, bad x o coach.

The "wish list" phenomena is out of hand. Why in the world would Miller leave Arizona for NC State? I literally cannot think of a single reason.

As for "Buzz to Texas AM" the only conceivable reason would be to return to Texas. Other than that, Marquette is a better job by every measure.

Agreed 100%. Sean Miller to NC State? Why on earth would he go to the fourth-biggest program in the state of North Carolina when he's already somewhere where his only competition is UCLA and Washington? Still the craziest is Tennessee having Jay Wright and Jamie Dixon atop their list. Who do they think they are, Kansas?

NC state is a black hole of a job for any coach. It like if Jeter was constantly compared to Buzz and Bo, instead NC state is compared to Roy and K.

No kidding,the Miller stuff is a joke. He has Arizona on the right path. The program is one of the best in the Pac 10. what a joke.
