First of all... thanks Buzz for getting us to the Sweet 16!  This team is all heart and they're a bunch of grinders, much like Buzz.  He's shown the team and the students at MU that a dream and hard work will get you what you want.  After hearing his comments from the past week, I couldn't think of better representative for Marquette.  Not to sell the team short, these guys are a special group.  This year's team is probably our least heralded team (recruiting wise) but I can't think of any team over the last 20 years with a bigger heart or more determination.  I think hard work beats talent/ smarts 9/10 times.

I spoke to Father Wild over a year ago and thanked him for having faith and taking a chance on Buzz and hiring him as our head coach.  We both agreed he's an unbelievable representative for our university and a great role model for our student athletes.  I have a really good feeling that he'll be back next year but if not, I appreciate everything he's done for us and I can't wish him anything but the best of luck.  He's a class act and I proud that he's associated with MU.

Now let's kick some North Carolina ass!!!  FIRE IT UP MARQUETTE!!
