Please tell me that last night was just a really, really, really, really, really, bad nightmare.

I literally woke up this morning and asked myself if that game really occurred.

0 2 PT FIELD GOALS IN A HALF!!!!  I honestly don't know how that happens.  No layups, no offensive rebound putback, no 7 ft jumper, NOTHING.

Last night was one of the most embarassing nights I've had as an MU alum.

I'm still laughing.....0 2 pt. field goals!  Ha!

Is playing on Thursday a curse?  Anyone remember which day we played ..

2007-Thursday, MSU done.
2006-Thursday, Ala Done.
2004/5-NIT
2003-Holy Cross ..which day?
2002-Tulsa, loss .. I swear this was a Thursday as well.

Also love how CBS was flashing that glorious stat from our '96 tourney game against Arkansas.

Hilarious how in virtually a 10 year span, MU DOMINATES the 'fewest field goals made' category.  Sweeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeet.

You want to know how delirious I am from last night's embarassment....I've responded to MY OWN post, multiple times.

I associate last night's first half with the scene from National Lampoon's European Vacation.
