Yeah, unfortunately for my sleep habits, I decided to stay up and was wholly disappointed.

I think the production value for the whole night was pretty weak.  Maybe my tv just sucks...
Does anyone else hate all the weird angles?  I especially hate when the unusual angles are accompanied by a moving camera.  Makes it difficult to follow the action sometimes.

I too was pissed that I stayed on CBS to watch all the post game garbage to see a one shining moment that was not MU friendly at all.

Even in 2003 we got crapped on.  I think Butler got more time than us then as well.  Seriously only 3 clips?

No D-Wade in that "One Shining Moment"? What a load of crap.

Also can't believe DJO's three didn't make it this year. All we get is the floor of our intro dance (you can see the MU shorts, 0:15 in) and Kendall Marshall dribbling by Buycks (0:27)

That was huge, yet we saw one-win Morehead State get Faried dancing early, laying on the ground joyfully, background after a Richmond bucket, and the three-ball winner against UL.

Hell, even Villanova got at least as much play as we did, and they lost in the first round.

By this time next year, I won't care, but I think we at least deserved DJO's three and maybe a shot of Crowder celebrating, because the hair is awesome. Here's hoping that next year we OWN that video...or at least get 4-5 clips.

I hope that the 2012 "1SM" ends with a shot of the Marquette players excitedly jumping around the court in the Superdome as blue and gold confetti rains down on them  ;)

Exactly,

Who gives a rats ars if we get some time on a retarded video clip. Getting excited over that kind of stuff is for losers. MU should be at a level where we are recognized for winning and being an elite program not for some 1 second clip that no one is going to remember anyway.
