Throw some $$$ at Gillispie to come on staff

Want to ensure the d improves get gillispie for a couple years, hell of a combo with Buzz at A&M.   

Hopefully C-ham talks to Buzz about his concerns and areas for improvement.

Hell, we were paying two or three times Buzz's salary with Crean.   Throw 800 k at Gillispie.

That's not true, at least not the 3X part.  Buzz is well compensated.  You may have to throw more than just dollars at BG.
