That must be after seeing the Duke seed.  They figured they had to be at least a 5.

I was watching the news for reaction, especially if the guys looked pissed.

The video after the seed was announced .. the players were all grinning, happy and excited.  None of them looked like they were thinking "an 8 seed?  WTF!"

Crean had a smile, but was more of smile for the camera grin.

All the local interviews with the players .. none of them had a hint the guys were miffed.
