Must have been your favorite restaurant, eh, Chico's?   ;D
In honor of Pope Leo XIV,
Matthew 25: 31-46

Pope Leo on lent:  abstain from rash judgements and harsh words.

I have been to Saz's and it is no Josh Gasser's.  I ordered the "triple double" and got shorted some ribs.

I ordered burnt ends and the waitress told me rather gruffly there was nothing charred on the menu

As a former waiter, when people order things not on the menu, I responded the same way.

C'mon man, they didn't teach you reading comprehension at HBS?

When Gasser's first opened, there were low expectations but they came through with one really good meal. This caused a few patrons to overreact and claim that the place was a 5-star, gourmet restaurant and those who didn't go there completely missed out. Unfortunately, for the last two months it's been bland and unmemorable, much to the chargin of those who talked it up.

There was a course in Hubris, Entitlement, and Indignation though I often missed it due to late nights at Grendl's...

This and every years orientation theme! Hubris, Entitlement, and Indignation

Ah Grendel's, go there on occasion.  Great beer selection if you don't mind it being poured by a smug hipster with a beard.

With summers at the Black Dog...those were the days. You spent some time in Cambridge?

I enjoyed Saz's very much, they served us well at many an Athletic event.  Great, traditional food.

Roger, Somerville. I enjoyed my time back there but it sure looked a lot better in the rear view mirror
