If you were to statistically model the chances of being up 18 with 5:30 seconds left in a game...I'm pretty sure the chances for defeat would be less than 1/2%.

Think about it for a minute..if MU were to have just traded possessions and ran a full 35 seconds off the clock every possesion and NOT scored (just take a shot clock violation every time) - and given up no 3's...it requires 9 Lville possesions to just tie the game....of which they need to score on all 9 possesions.  Thus, it means MU gets 9 alternative possesions...9x35 seconds = 315 seconds = 5.25 minutes.

Far and away the worst loss I can ever remember in my lifetime..of ANY team.  Perhaps Buzz was thinking about it in the above terms...but we have to learn our lesson and NEVER again try to take the air out of the ball and stall/four corners..
