Detroit closes strong, beats Maine 57-50.

Wow...low scoring game.  At least if we win today, we don't have to worry about a nightmare against maine to keep us from KC.

Detroit won over Maine 57-50.  This was also apparantly Detroit's first game of the season (as they are now 1-0).

Akron is trailing UArkansas-Little Rock 39-35 at their half.

And to recap yesterday's results:
Georgia Southern beat UC Davis 116-73.
Duck beat Columbia 86-43.

Georgia Southern and Duck are playing now in their second round: Duck is leading 38-32 at their half.
Once a warrior always a warrior.. even if the feathers must now come with a beak.

Looks like Duke is coming back but Vermont with a 41-27 lead over #15 Boston College at the half!?!  Wow, lots of schools really want to challenge MU for the "most overrated" title  :P
