Wow, I guess I've been living in the dark, and not to pile on, but I didn't realize exactly how bad Depaul was again this year.  Ugh.

GGGG

De paul is going to take a couple of years. No talent for what Purnell wants to do.

DePaul can't help but improve. TCU is joining the conference.

I don't know, at 6-2 with wins of Southern Cal, Houston and Bradley, TCU is now ranked 124 in www.kenpom.com, 57 spots ahead of DePaul and just behind Rutgers and South Florida.  They will likely grab a couple of pretty decent recruits after the Big East announcement, so they should actually win a few games.
The www.valueaddsports.com analysis of basketball, football and baseball players are intended to neither be too hot or too cold - hundreds immerse themselves in studies of stats not of interest to broader fan bases (too hot), while others still insist on pure observation (too cold).

No conflict there, as they don't join the Big East until summer of 2012, but it will be interesting if TCU has a preseason tournament already scheduled for the 2012-13 season. It could create a problem if there's another Big East team scheduled to be in the same tournament.

Yeah I think DePaul is longing for the days of Ray Meyer as coach and Terry Cummings at forward
