That was awesome..liked this little video better than the last episode of Revealed - Hell we got to see some of the practice drills.

Favorite part:  Todd Smith working with Devante Gardner..and Devante said something like - Damn/C'mon Todd..when Todd pushed him farther in his workout.  That did NOT look like fun..but what Devante was doing will totally build his core...
