XBox 360 ESPN 3 Question?

Does a 360 Live membership get me access to ESPN 3 or do I still need a service provider that is subscribed?  I watch all my games through ESPN 3 last season and recently moved to a new building with DirectTV, who does not subscribe to ESPN3.  Any one know?

You still need an affiliated ISP to access ESPN 3.

ESPN3 is about your internet connection, not your cable connection.

Also, you need a Xbox Live Gold account for the ESPN3 service, and they haven't activated that yet, either.
