Yeah - every program has a few warts...but..at least in the case of Newbill, we know that he didn't even file his application with MU for admission.  I wonder why? 


He was told to take his time.

Look, let's be honest here...Newbill was a black mark on Buzz.  We just have to hope it was a blip and not a trend.
