March Madness play in game
« on: September 10, 2010, 10:41:20 AM »
The playin games will be all at Dayton. The last four at large tems will play each other. The one preseaon ranking had MU at 42 and UW at 39. If these rankings are somewhat accurate there is a good chance that either MU or UW or both could be in these playin games.

It's not called play in game.

I know there was a thread on this a while back, but "the last 4 at large teams" = what was previously known as "the first four out" on bracketology pages right?

I think they are calling it  "the first four" meaning the first four games.

Two games will feature four minor conference teams playing to be sixteen seeds.  Two games will be four bubble teams playing to be an 11 or 12 seed.

It would be the last three out in the past, since we are going from 65 to 68 teams. I do not care what they actually call it. Most basketball pools are going to start with 64 games, therefore in my book they are playin games to get into the 64 team field.
