A fairly detailed writeup about Blue linked from the Yahoo Sports Rivals homepage right now.

Not the best picture of all time...

Nice article on VB...think if he buys into Buzz's mantra of working hard every day..he'll realize his full potential at MU.  Hope we dont' have too high of expecations of VB as a freshman..but am very excited to see him play.

Decent article, thanks for posting.  Can't wait to see his toughness out on the court!!  A lockdown perimeter defender will be great to have along with his clear offensive skill set

A nice write up from a neutral source.   Can't wait to see him.    I did notice more mindless Crean v Buzz debate material in the box.

will he play more than 10 minutes a game?
Probably depends on what point in the season your asking more likely.

At the beginning?  I'd say about 5-10 mins per

By the end of the season? I'd expect more along the line of 15-20 per, but that's just me.

Lock down defense will get him on the court, but he's still a freshman.  It's a great thing when you don't need to depend on freshmen.

Probably more like 15-20 minutes in the non-conference season.  Then it will be entirely up to Vander.  If productive, his PT will likely remain at 15-20 minutes.  If not, it could drop to 5-10.  Buzz, like most coaches, has a tendency to tighten up their rotation during the conference season.  If he remains at 15-20 minutes all season, it is because he is doing work on both ends.

He'll play more than 5-10 minutes a half.

Great point, totally agree.

I'm figuring he earns a starting spot by BE season.
