This is just KC Johnson speculating about available guards, but Wes might fit in Chicago.  They have a defensive minded coach and no-nonsense atmosphere now that James and Bosh didn't come.  The Bulls have $18 million to throw around and need guards.

2 observations
1-  I have wanted the Bulls to pick up a former MU player to play shooting guard.  This would be nice.  Wes could get back to MU a little bit and go to fundraising lunches for MU in Chicago.

2-  The Bulls are becoming the Jazz of the east.  People always thought teams like the Suns, Jazz, Mavs, or Nuggets would get to the finals consistently in the east if they didn't have to play LA or San Antonio.  I  guess we might find out.  The Bulls' best player will be a PG, which is another similarity with Utah.  I would say the Korver signing is highly likely for the Bulls based on need.  Boozer is there.  Wes to be honest makes a lot of sense now that we need someone to guard Wade every year.

First the Bulls beat the Jazz's best team ever in the Finals twice, now the Bulls take half of their team.

I'd love to see Wes in a Bulls uniform.  But I really don't see him as the guy who can be the spot up shooter we're looking for.

The Bulls have so much money, though, that they can get Brad Miller back, add two shooters (Korver and Anthony Morrow ideally), and then find a defensive guard and Wes might be the perfect addition to the rotation.  Turning this $18 million into 4 players might be possible, as I think Morrow and Miller might be cheaper, Korver expensive and Wes could be around $4 or $5 million.  I really have no idea tho.  I mean, Darko got paid this year.

I think adding Reddick would be a bad idea as that would give the Bulls 3 Duke players in the rotation with Deng and Boozer already there.  Give me Wes.

Wes will have to pick a new number.  6 is now available I guess.

Well, they were talking about Brewer too.  I just want a sharp shooter like a korver or morrow and a body that can put on a big SG like Wade or Kobe like a Brewer or Wes.

The Bulls signed Novak in the form of Kyle Korver. The Bulls need to trade for a veteran 2 guard. Too bad Ray Allen resigned with Boston. He has a couple good years left and would have provided veteran leadership.

Korver got 3 years $15 million.  I wonder what Wes would get?  He would be an allright piece to add to the Bulls.  I think he would work well under Thibs, though staying with Sloan would be ideal for Wes to establish himself.  I think Utah, Chicago, San Antonio, and Boston would fit Wes nicely.

Wes is in the perfect spot in Utah.  If the money is there, he should stay.  I have never cared much for the Jazz, but I want Wes to be as successful as possible and Utah gives him the best opportunity.
