An excerpt from the UNC boards:

"Just wanted to drop by with a note about 2013 PF Shannon Hale.

He showed up with the Tennessee Travelers in Los Angeles at the Nike EYBL event. This was his first time playing up with the 17's, and while he didn't look quite ready for the environment he showed why many think so highly of him.

A 6-foot-7 face up four man, Hale is mobile, a solid athlete and already has some moves inside. He also showed a mid-range jump shot to 15-feet and certainly didn't back down from the much older opposition.

With all that said, following one of his games I spoke to him. He mentioned Tennessee and Marquette as schools that were already coming after him hard. I know he was at UT's elite camp this past weekend and they have offered him a scholarship. "

I think it is a little early to be talking about the 2013 class

I like to see that we are early in the game with prospects..even if they are 2013.
"I'm not sure Cadougan would fix the problems on this team. I'm not even convinced he would be better for this team than DeWil is."

It's never too early to talk about prospects. And besides, talking about conference realignment is getting a little old. I'm ready to sit back and let it play out.

Especially since the world is ending in 2012. ;D

This kid could end up on a really good team if everyone lives up to his hype and stays.
