Cubs and Brewers fans always crap on each others fanbase, but I think we all can agree Philadelphia isn't doing their fanbase any favors.  After earilier this year a guy threw up on a 12-year old girl on purpose, this is caught on tape.

The pictures from that article are amazing. The kid's face, the officer's strained expression, and best of all, the kid tossing up #1 after being freaking tazed.

Also, you can see he was wearing workout spandex under those cargo shorts, kid clearly came to run.
