When I first thought of this I thought that Wes would be a slam dunk choice.  Being out for a good portion of the season stunted his season last year and yet he still came on strong at the end.  He has an NBA body for his position and the sky is the limit.  But then I thought with all the dribble driving going on if Oooze can just catch the ball a little better his stats could go through the roof.  Some might say DJ was so good how can you include him in this.  Well if his outside Jumper develops its lights out for anyone attempting to guard him.  So at second glance this is a tougher question than I thought.

I'm actually surprised Fitz wasn't on the list, as he'd be my top choice.  The fact that he'll be asked to play the 3 and 4 this year, versus the 1, 2, 3, and 4 of last year, should help his consistency.  He needed to prepare for each game last year in a totally different manner, depending on the opponent and his assignment.  Now that he's settling into a role, I'm looking for him to be the team's fourth leading scorer, best 3-pt shooter, and a much better rebounder than people expect.

Pun intended ???

Fitz

playing to his strengths this year will make all the difference

Hey office...I hope you don't mind, since he was a popular choice I went ahead an used my super powers to add Fitz to the poll.

Nonetheless, I'm with your initial hunch on Wesley...

OfficeLinebacker

No problem, I didnt have space for him.

I think Kinsella is the wild card here.  He certainly has the most room and technically could win easy.  That is if he stays healthy.

The laws of diminishing returns may apply here...

My thoughts exactly.

I see that Barro is a popular choice but I went with McNeal.  I think he will lead the team in scoring this year and be in the top 3 in rebounding.  He will improve his 3 point shooting, decrease his turnovers substantially and be the best defender on the team.

Of course he would have a bad turnover game and go 0 for 5 in threes tonight but i still will stick with my reasons.
