I apologize if this has been talked about already, but Lazar will be competing in the Portsmouth Invitational to hopefully earn himself some points before the upcoming NBA draft in June.  Lazar will be teamed up with Chism, Zoubek (ugh) and a few others.

Check the rosters here:  http://www.nbadraft.net/2010portsmouth001

Hope he performs well and can get those scouts more interested!  It will be nice seeing an MU guy get drafted this year after last year's disappointment.

Is Zar participating?  Per the PIY website, he is not listed among the players or team rosters.   www.portsmouthinvitational.com

Yes its been discussed.  But, the official website for the PIT does not list him among the players nor the team rosters.  Nor has MU referenced his attendance on its gomarquette.com website.  something seems to have changed.  Perhpas his solid perfmance in the NABC all-star game last Friday.

That could be the case. Sometimes the less scouts see, the better because it gives them less of a sample size to ridicule your game. Dominic James' draft stock comes to mind. As does the story about Robert Swift who came to the NBA from HS, refused to work out for any NBA teams, and actually saw his stock go up because the guys who worked out failed to impress. Granted, Swift sucks but he "earned" millions in the process.

77champs, i agree with you. With dasean that team is lights out. No idea why they put him on that team.
