UTEP, one of the best mid-majors from last season, would be a really great place for Tony to start his head coaching career. I'd rather have him stay, seeing as he's Buzz' right hand-man and all, but if he takes the position good luck to him

If working for Buzz at MU can be viewed as a stepping stone to your first head coaching job and a decent mid-major like UTEP it is a great move for us in the long run.
