Recap: Notre Dame

Player of the game: Luke Harangody saw his first action since suffering a deep knee bruise on Feb. 11, but it was his replacement in the starting lineup, Carleton Scott, that made the bigger impact.

The junior forward scored 14 points and grabbed a game-high 13 rebounds, but it was his three-pointer from the top of the key with 0.3 seconds remaining that forced overtime and ultimately led to Notre Dame likely punching its NCAA tournament ticket at the expense of MU.

Scott wound up playing 42 minutes, hitting 5 of 10 shots overall. Harangody, meanwhile, played 11 minutes and finished with five points and two rebounds.
