I wonder now if he really did, or was it like the famous Gerald Posey tooth ache under Bob Dukiet.

I was thinking the same thing.  Looking through that lens perhaps there is a pattern here...hmmm.  Or we are grasping at straws.  ;)

I was thinking the same thing.  Seems like a strange coincidence now.  Was there a disciplinary issue?

During the UWM game I saw Maymon fall after scoring and stay down for a little bit and look like he was limping as he tried to get back on defense. He moved slowly the next few possessions and then at the dead ball you could see him wincing and grab his left hip area. I think he was hurt and not sitting out for other reasons. I'm pretty sure this was in the stretch where he was playing well and Buzz had to sub him out and the trainer went to work on him.

At the NC state game he did look to be walking rather slowly too and from the huddle.  I never saw him jump, start out quickly or really change directions.

I think he certainly did. It would be a strange time to pull a move like that coming off an empty week and one in which Maymon looked good against FSU until Alabi sat on his head and knocked him out of the game.

He looked gimpy during the timeouts of NC State.
