No, MU's problem vs. Kansas was Tom Frickin' Crean. He was both braindead and crapped his trousers in that game.

Fortunately he wasn't braindead (sic) and didn't soil his trousers against Missouri, Pittsburgh or #1 Kentucky to allow us to witness the crapping and brain dead behavior in the Final Four.

I have this recollection that Crean stated at the beginning of the season that his goal for the year was to get to New Orleans. Goal achieved. With D. Wade, he maybe should've aspired to a higher goal.
