I connect to it, but after about 4 seconds the audio drops out and the video gets choppy.  I think it's just a PC problem...but other quicktime stuff seems to work

Works great on a mac.  Now if only CSTV would support mac browsers

I don't think it is your PC.  The audio and video get choppy after a few seconds for me too.  I downloaded the video and the same thing happened.
