Looks like they started at the Evans scholar house before getting caught at the second building.

Stealing from Evans Scholars makes them more of a hero in my book.   ;)

The golf cart parked outside Sellery was a dead giveaway.

Well put. Never met an ES who wasn't a frickin' tool.

MU gimp ONE

while i'll agree that there are a handful of ES that were tools.  most of them were fun and 100x better than any frat out there.  atleast they don't the mob mentality of "i can do whatever and have my "brothers" back me up."

i wasn't an evans scholar, but definitely wish i was.  i certainly wouldn't turn down a free ride to marquette.  instead i'll be paying off my education till around the time my AARP is coming in the mail.

Well it probably was a good place start if they wanted to take some nice things. My friend was an Evan Scholars at Madison and he was not a tool but instead one of the nicest and smartest guys I know. I would agree there are some tools there but the frats were worse by a long shot.

The best thing about Evans Scholars is that they threw good parties....in that I got free beer.  The only problem is that the Scholars actually attended the parties too.

typical night in the life of the average UW criminal...errr...athlete.

Which Evans Scholar poured sugar in all of your gas tanks?  Jeez.  I was an ES and I guess I'm glad I didn't know how well received we were by others on campus.

Maybe it's an old attitude - by the time I started we weren't allowed to throw parties anymore.  Maybe you all had bad experiences in the 90's or before.  I can't really help that, but don't wish harm on the kids there today for your issues of 10+ years ago.

I really am just kidding.  I graduated MU in 1990 and they threw damn good parties.

I hope they threw you out of those parties.

Sorry to disappoint you but they didn't.

cool - sorry I took it literally.  It was just that it was like 5-6 posts in a row!

I'm more than happy with a neutral/no opinion, but overwhelmingly negative was surprising.

Strokin 3s

Loved the Evan's House.  I feel bad for whoever had to clean up the basement after some nights.

The Lens

Graduated in '97...they bought 30 kegs for senior week.  After-bars every night, great guys.

Taylor and iftheGloverfits should feel lucky.  At least they are still alive.

That's good to hear.  I wouldn't want to have to start avoiding MU alumni at games for fear that they may have a degree from Hopkins as well :p

A conclusion to the saga has been reached.
Both guys are done at UW.   Hopefully they can right their path in life, they're still young.

Maybe Junior College for a few years, reflect on what mistakes they had made and someone gives them a second chance. Admission of their guilt is a good start.
