I'm not familiar with WOW. Is it a chain?
Is it a GOOD place to eat?

WOW is a chain, they had one by pizza shuttle at one point but it didn't do so well. The wings are pretty good with some good variety. I think the best thing about WOW is the cheese fries, they are really good.
