Van Sickle is currently third, two strokes back through 12 holes in the final round of the Big East Championships. MU is second in the team standings, well behind leader Louisville, but well ahead of third place, Seton Hall.

Update Final: Van Sickle finished second (-6), three strokes behind winner Adam Hadwin of Louisville. MU's Matt Haase birdied six holes on the back nine to finish tied for fifth at (-5). Marquette finished second, five strokes behind Louisville in the team competition.

Hugh final day for MU (-15 as a team).  Louisville finished -17 for the the three days.

Congrats to the entire team.

Yeah, what a finish. Not sure exactly how qualifying works, but I'm assuming Van Sickle and Haase move on to the NCAA regionals. Not sure if MU, team-wise, will move on, I know Louisville, by winning, guarantees itself a spot in the NCAAs.
