On that page there is a a link to a Ring Out Ahoya mp3.

Once you have the full mp3 you can use something like Audacity to take out a 30 second portion of the song that is ring-toney (in case the song lead-in isn't what you'd like to hear).  Here's a decent tutorial using free software to export a portion of the original song.

If you don't feel like going through that last step you can just make the whole mp3 your ringtone and leave it at that.
