My guess is that it is another incarnation of Abe.

I read all the quotes at the bottom of the page of jsonline and I never post because all everyone on that website does is feed the so called "abe".  He is laughing every time someone acknowledges him....It is so annoying

Sounds like Junior is going to be the real deal-sounds like he's a better shooter and more explosive than I have been thinking. Sounds like this crew coming in should be really fun to watch over the next few years.

So much better than "the sky is falling" feeling I had last year at about this time. Feel bad for Xavier going through that now. Already one of their top 2010 recruits is bailing. Brutal.

That "Abe" guy cracks me up.  Spends more time posting on the Marquette board than anyone else and he clearly despises Marquette.  I laugh when he mentions "lack of integrity" when mentoining Marquette yet pretends to be a fan by saying "we" and replies to his owns posts with another log-in.  Needs to look up the term "integrity" in the dictionary.

Just ignore him.  He's obviously looking for attention which he most likely doesn't get in what is probably a sad pathetic life.

Raises a question as to when

"as soon as I get there I’m going to take full advantage of the training from Coach Todd (Smith) so I can get my body right and be in the best condition I can be,"

So, when can a freshman arrive on campus and begin working with the trainer et.al.?

My understanding is that Todd Smith is the one member of the staff who can immediately work with the recruits when they arrive for the summer session.  He's definitely a key cog of the staff.

Sigh.  No, that's not me.  I'm sure an apology will come any second now from you.   ::)

More than likely Abe or UncleEd or Butchbadger.

I'm thrilled with the incoming recruiting class and have said so from the beginning.  Also have no problem with DJO, but I did state (here, not on JS) that I understand where the stigma comes from.  MU and Buzz will have to be careful to get quality young men, and there is no suggestion they havent.  (though the Buycks video....let's just say I doubt those will be up once he is on campus as MU will be smart enough to tell the players not to put themselves in those situations).

How many people use the term Chicos in their screen nam?  Apparently, I thought there was only one person on the entire face of the earth but there are now officially two.  Your in great company I might add!

And considering what that person said I figured it was you. I also stated that if it was you, which it isn't according to you, then that person should get a life.

Therefore, I know an apology isn't warrented or necessary. But I do appreciate the thoughtful response about the incoming recruits.

Yup. since Todd isn't specifically a basketball staff member he can work with the guys pretty much as soon as they get on campus.  He works with pretty much all the varsity athletes. The soccer team is down there regularly as well.

Buckys video? Did he do something embarrassing and put it on Youtube or something?

Yessir, there are some vids of him talking to a camera.  Let's just say he's not the most eloquent guy around.  You should be able to find the vids around the board somewhere, although I think the one where he was going into the ice bath has already been taken down.

It's usually when the 2nd summer session starts, June 29 this year.  They get a class in, get acclimated to campus, blah blah blah.  I imagine that if they had a school schedule that was over by the start of session 1 (May 18 this year), they could come in then, but most HS years run into June.
